▪︎Gin 20ml
▪︎Cocchi Americano 15ml
▪︎Dry Vermouth 10ml
▪︎Fino Sherry 5ml
▪︎Absinthe 2 dashes
▪︎Empirical Plum, I Suppose 1 bar spoon

Method

  • Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Serve up and express lemon peel.
