Sweet Potato Toddy

▪︎The SG Shochu IMO 30ml
▪︎Hot Water 120ml
▪︎Maple Syrup 8ml
▪︎Salted Butter 1 bar spoon
▪︎Cinnamon Stick

Method

  • In a warm cup, combine The SG Shochu IMO, hot water, and maple syrup. Combine until mixed well. Top with butter (room temp.) and serve hot with cinnamon stick.

The Drink

A combination between the hot toddy and classic Japanese “oyuwari.” The nectar notes of the IMO are elevated by the warmth of the drink, with an accent of butter and cinnamon.
